Abhishek, John to do Hindi Vettai?

Looks Hindi remake of the Tamil flick Vettai might still happen. Earlier, Shahid Kapoor was said to be keen on the film till some creative issues seemed to come up and he dropped out. Now the buzz is that Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham may reprise the roles of Madhavan and Arya in B-Town.
It is learnt that while Abhishek has been approached for the movie, he has not given his consent as of yet.It was also rumoured that Karan Johar, who is co-producing the flick, will direct it for the banner. But when we contacted his spokesperson, they denied these rumours, stating, ���Karan was party to the remake as its co-producer. He hasn���t given directing the film a thought.���
